Layout

Exterior Guest Suite/Bedroom 1

The fully accessible guest suite, with its own private entrance separate from the main villa, offers a cozy Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an ensuite bathroom, and a mini fridge for added convenience. This inviting space also includes a comfortable sofa, a charming fireplace, and large panel doors that open to a tranquil garden view and a private terrace—perfect for a quiet retreat.

In-Law Suite / Bedroom 2

Upon entering from the terrace, the in-law suite is conveniently located to the right, fully private, and detached from the main residence. This spacious suite offers a cozy living room with a smart TV, a sofa that doubles as an additional sleeping arrangement, and a full kitchen featuring a mini breakfast bar that seats up to three. The suite includes a complete bathroom with a bath and standup shower, and the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King Size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the pool area.

Main House 

The main house is situated to the left of the entryway terrace. Upon entering through the main door, you'll be greeted by a spacious ground floor featuring a soaring ceiling in the living room, complemented by an elevator for convenience. The living room boasts a comfortable corner sofa, a 65’’ HDTV equipped with Netflix, a movie projector, and a cozy fireplace, making it an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.

To the right of the living room, the dining area features a table that comfortably seats eight guests, surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light. A charming balcony offers delightful views of the children’s playground and mini-golf area. This floor also features a half bathroom for added convenience. 

Adjacent to the living room, the expansive kitchen offers ample storage and is outfitted with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the breakfast bar comfortably seating 4, is the perfect spot for casual dining. From this level, you can access the upper floors via a grand staircase or the elevator.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom features a King-size bed, (1.80 x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom complete with a glass shower stall, and a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub. The room is equipped with a 43” smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a stylish vanity for your convenience. Step out onto the private terrace, where you'll find two sun beds that invite you to soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking views of the garden and sea.

Bedroom 4

The master bedroom, located further down the hall, is a spacious ensuite featuring a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m). This elegant room includes a wardrobe and an in-room jacuzzi, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. A dedicated workspace with a table is ideal for those needing to attend to office tasks. The ensuite bathroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring a modern shower stall for your convenience. This suite also provides direct access to a large shared terrace, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Equipped with comfortable patio furniture, the terrace overlooks the pool area and offers stunning sea views, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.

This mezzanine bedroom features a King size bed (1,80 x  2,00), which can be formed into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a 43” TV, and a wardrobe. Strolling up on the mezzanine is where an additional 1 guest can be accommodated with a sofa bed. Direct access to a large shared terrace, includes patio furniture, which overlooks the pool area and sea view.

Bedroom 6

Lower Level & Spa Area

The lower floor is dedicated to a luxurious wellness area, featuring an array of gym equipment that includes two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a stationary bike, exercise mats, and weights for a comprehensive workout experience.

To the left of the staircase, a glass door leads to the relaxing spa area. This area features a stunning 15m² indoor heated pool, complete with hydromassage jets, a sauna, and a shower cabin, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge and is available for use throughout your stay.

For comfort, there are four cozy lounge chairs, providing ample seating for up to ten guests, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene environment.

Outdoor Area & Grounds

The villa's outdoor amenities are exceptional: a spacious pool area complete with a fire pit, bar, and BBQ stations; a private mini-golf course under a shaded pergola with seating; a playground with a soft lawn; and a decorative fountain.
